At greige boutique, we carefully package every order and aim to ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Canada

We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $250 CAD.

Shipping rates for orders under $250 CAD are calculated at checkout.

United States

We offer flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders, with free shipping on orders over $400 CAD.

International

We offer flat-rate shipping to select international destinations, with free shipping on orders over $600 CAD.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at hello@greigeboutique.com and we'll be happy to see if we can accommodate your order.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Canada are sent duties and taxes unpaid (DDU/DAP).

Any applicable duties, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and vary by country.

Please note that greige boutique is not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges incurred on international shipments. If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other costs incurred by greige boutique will be deducted from the customer's refund.

If you have any questions regarding potential duties or taxes before placing your order, please don't hesitate to contact us—we're happy to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to destination, customs processing, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

While we take great care in packaging every order, greige boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. Of course, if you need assistance, we're always happy to help where we can.
