Return & Exchange Policy
At Greige Boutique, we want you to truly love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the right fit.
Please note: Our return and exchange policies differ for online and in-store purchases.
Online Purchases

Returns: Regular-priced items may be returned for a refund if you:

Email us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@greigeboutique.com, and

Return the item within 14 days of receiving your order (postmarked within that time).
Items can be returned either by mail or in-store.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order and return the original item following the return guidelines above.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in resalable condition, with tags attached, and accompanied by a receipt.
greige boutique reserves the right to inspect all returns to ensure they meet these conditions.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
In-Store Purchases & Online Pick-Up Orders

Eligible for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be in original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase.
Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

All sale, discounted, or promotional items

Personal care products (e.g., lotions, perfumes, soaps, deodorants, candles)

Jewelry, intimates, and special orders
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@greigeboutique.com, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified if your refund is approved. If so, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us.
